All offers and deliveries of onlyburgundy.com BV are subject to the following terms and conditions. We will send you a printed copy upon request.

1. Prices
All prices are in Euro. All prices do not include VAT and shipping unless otherwise stated. Other currencies displayed on this website are indicative only and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

2. Price Changes

3. Availability
All offers from onlyburgundy.com BV are subject to availability. Should a product be unexpectedly sold out or no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible. onlyburgundy.com BV shall never be liable for any resulting damages.

4. Payment
Payment must be made in full immediately after an order is placed, including shipping costs. We have a maximum payment period of 7 days. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a payment is not made on time.

5. Delivery

6. Transport
For larger orders, onlyburgundy.com BV can also arrange transport for you. Any costs for this will be discussed with you in advance. A carrier will be selected in consultation with you. Expected delivery dates are indicative only. onlyburgundy.com BV is never liable for any damages suffered due to delay in delivery.

7. Receipt of goods
Upon receipt, goods should be checked immediately for any defects or damage/breakage. Any problems should be reported immediately to the transportation company. You should also report any complaints to onlyburgundy.com BV via e-mail within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we are not responsible for complaints.

8. Warranty
We treat our wines with the utmost care when purchasing, storing and shipping. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of the wines delivered in terms of taste, cork, breakage, etc.

9. Cancellations
Since we deal in perishable goods, it is only possible to cancel an order before it has been shipped. Payments already made will then be refunded by return.

10. Complaints
In the unlikely event that there are products from onlyburgundy.com BV that do not meet your expectations, please report your complaints via e-mail. We will handle your complaint by return and strive to find a solution that satisfies you.

Personal information required to place your order will be kept confidential by us and will not be made available to third parties. By placing an order, you declare that you have reached the legal minimum age of 18.
